Pinnacle was founded in 2019.

With team members and clients across the globe we get to see what different markets are doing along with trends and strategies... the advantage is we have a huge dataset we can leverage for our clients.

Currently we have 2 physical offices along with a large number of remote staff.

Our companies head office is in Goulburn NSW - Australia and Twin Cities, MN - US Headquarters

Michael Dooley

CEO

Michael started in the auto industry at the age of 19.

He was the high performing sales consultant for the largest dealership in the region and quickly stepped into management.

After moving into a new role and opening a Maserati and Prestige Pre Owned dealership Michael stepped away from dealerships after 14 years. During this time through a Ford initiative he completed his Diploma in Business specialising in setting up and scaling car dealerships (Ford DLP).

I was getting so many calls from dealerships asking for advice and how we were doing what we were online... I loved it! And with my second child on the way it made sense'.

Michael runs the company from the Australian office.

Outside of work you will find Michael getting away with his wife Saffron and 3 kids.

A once keen hockey player he is still heavily involved in his local team.

In 2023 Michael was named a top 5 finalist as one of Australia's '40 under 40 Entrepreneurs'.

Justin Baldwin

Sales

Justin was a long time client of Pinnacle from an individual level before making the move to join the team.

Since coming on board he has taken to the role like a duck to water.

Justin lives in the Unites States with his wife Ashleigh & daughter Lakelynn.

Matthew Caldwell

Operations/Account Manager

Matthew has been around the automotive industry for as long as he can remember. He previously had his own marketing agency where he was mentored by our CEO, where he helped RV Dealers. After twisting his arm for some time he was excited to come on board and help our clients succeed.

He has amazing customer service and mixed with his college degree in IT he has the perfect toolkit at his disposal.

Donna Alia

Tech Support

Donna is one of our superstar account managers here.

She loves nothing more then helping our clients and users to level up.

She helps them build automation, landing pages and even helps with lead generation ads.

Donna's skillset is extensive but upmost her customer service is second to none.

Outside of work she enjoy spending time with her husband and daughter.

Anna Nuez

Executive Assistant

Anna is a very important member of our team here at Pinnacle.

Due to the large amount of people wanting demo calls and strategy calls Anna's job is to keep all calendars up to date and to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Anna also keeps our back end systems up to date with current clients, who needs on boarding etc.

Outside of the agency you will find Anna spending time with her husband and two young children.
